The business is project lead, and controls its processes using a project management team that utilises critical path analysis to determine priorities. This allows it to balance the need for lean and efficient production with the agility to handle changes where required. The Company is engaged in a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with Teesside University, ranked in the top twenty universities in the world in this field, to develop 5D computer simulations of project programmes, identifying the most time and cost effective methods of working on site.
